(I don't count first round game 7's as pressure, especially agasint an 8 seed as pressure. The Cavs are going to keep the game close until the 4th quarter and that is when Lebron James and the Cavs are going to go on a 14-4 run to win. The Cavs will win by 7. FINAL SCORE: Cleveland Cavaliers 88 Boston Celtics 81. Just remember you heard it here first.
