Why Isn’t the Press Calling Out Ray Allen and Paul Pierce? Why Isn’t Lee?
Ray Allen is 8 for 26 after three games, and is averaging less than 9 points a game.
Pierce is 12 for 35 and is averaging 12 points per game.
Obviously, their performance to date has been as poor as LeBron’s. So why isn’t the press, or my co-host panning on these two guys? Because the best player is the easiest target because of his million dollar endorsements, and my support of him.
Sure….part of Lee’s reasons are to develop friction in our show and that’s good. But to ignore Mr Seattle averaging only 9 a game is a lack of fair analysis.
I was laughed off when I suggested that Pierce and Allen had never won anything in their careers. Is the pressure setting in? Is Allen tired? Are his legs heavy? Can’t he get away form Wally to get his shot off?
Let me answer. There is nothing wrong with Allen or LeBron. James was beaten like a wet rug for 6 games against Washington, and probably is beat up and compensating for it. Allen is worn down after a long season, and is not as fresh as he was early in the year.
We will hear from both men before this series is concluded. I guarantee it.
Paul Pierce is a selfish loser who never plays very well against us. He is envious of LeBron. Period. Lee?

LEBRON JAMES is 13, out of 56. (Pierce 12 out of 35, Allen 8 out of 26, Lebron 13 out of 56)
What I loved about THIS GAME, was the team effort. Lebron again struggled with his shot, and instead of trying to win the game on his own, he turned that intensity into Great DEFENSE, and a Better vision in his passing. Wally, Delonte, Z, Joe Smith and Ben Wallace all had great games….and “I think it’s because” they all got the feeling that they were no longer LEBRONS “Support Staff”…..but rather, all part of his TEAM.
Not one person did great on DEFENSE…the Team Did. And on Offense, “Everybody” was looking to find the open guy…and it payed off for them.
I have never been a Paul Pierce Supporter, largely because I’ve never really watched him play until now.
I have always liked RAY ALLEN, because he has been the only thing good for a lot of crappy teams…and still lived his playing days with an element of professionalism and grace. The same can be said for Kevin Garnett. And RAY ALLEN “The Old Guy” has had a really good year, (Despite his age)
I was not the one who called this series “OVER” Mr. Moo……I called out 1 player whom I believe was trying to “Whip out his dick” on every possession against Paul Pierce…to see just who was the BETTER and BIGGER MAN.
Now that they both know it’s really Lebron…..maybe they both can go back to playing Basketball.
BOSTON has lost their confidence when playing on the road…..and each ROAD LOSS is going to insight the Sports Media to start taking more pot shots…and lowering their confidence even more.

But the 2 of them have been equally inept. Big 3 my ass. Only KG has been consistent.
I think Allen will have a big game 4 or 5. Pierce is a loser.

In the last few months…the closest Cleveland has done to making that claim, came against MIAMI (Worst in the NBA) and Charlotte (Close to WORST in the NBA…and in that game, 7 Cavaliers scored at least 10 points)
The Cav’s WON Game # 3 as a team. (And Delonte West had his personal best Playoff game)
Don’t get me WRONG…I really want CLEVELAND to win, because I can’t imagine spending the next 4 months talking just about the INDIANS.

I joined Marc on Moohead Radio at his request a little over a year ago…at a time when I really didn’t follow Sports except for Seattle Teams…..and I really didn’t even follow them that much.
You know, FULL TIME JOB, FULL TIME FAMILY, a love of biking, scuba diving, flying planes, video games, etc.
Marc wanted me to help make his show more fun, look and sound better…but that my knowledge of Sports wasn’t to be my # 1 contribution. Unfortunately, because LISTENERS/VIEWERS continue to bitch about show content….(without ever calling in to add valuable information to the program)….this has not eased Mr. Moohead’s Workload each day.
I have been taking a CRAM COURSE on Sports over the last year so that I may try to assist him better.
So every single day that you continue to BITCH about the people who are trying to ease Mr. Moohead’s Workload…..gets him one step closer to DOING EVERYTHING BY HIMSELF.
Nice Work Sam, (Soon…..He’ll be yours exclusively)
