8 year old Japanese girl rocks the house with a cover of CARRY ON WARWARD SON by Kansas
You talk about the greatest covers of all time…..this little Japanese girl playing Kansas’ monster hit “Carry On Wayward Son” at a talent show in front of a completely stunned Japanese crowd. I mean like 4 people clap at the end. Clearly this is the performance of a lifetime and deserved a standing ovation at the very least. Jesus, did they want her to sing and dance too? Either way, phenomenal job by the Japanese girl.

I think the music was a little lost on that crowd, though. Put her in front of us rednecks,we’d be cheering lik,e crazy and we’d carry her off the stage on our shoulders. (And put her on a plane right back to Asia… “Yer takin’ jobs away from decent, hard-workin’ American musicians, you little… little… Whatever ya are…”)
