How Many More Games Should Be Played on Heinz Field? I Am Sick Of This Shit.
I have complained about this field for 6 years. But it does no good. But yesterday the whole fucking world got to see what I’ve been screaming about. A field that neither team could play on. The first 0-0 game after 3 quarters in modern football history.
Don’t tell me about the rain. Fields have been rained on in the 50 years since the last 0-0 fiasco. But teams can play. Runners can run. The NFL must step in and order a new surface in Pittsburgh. Either that, or agree to never show them on MNF ever again, because TV’s were tuning out faster than Tony the Calf yells “fuck”.
There was no reason to watch. No offense. Even on a dry field, the longest FG EVER at Heinz field is ONE 50 yard FG. ONE! The field sucks when it’s dry. The Rooney family has to pony up their Iron City bottles and pay for a new field. NOW. No NFL team should agree to play on that piece of shit in the playoffs.
Just another reason to hate Pittsburgh and the bozo fans who wave towels at a 0-0 game. If the fans didn’t have hard shell peanuts drilled in their brain, they’d know they were getting ripped off. They expected to see a football game. Instead, the babushka loving cockbiters got synchronized swimming.

Posted on November 27th, 2007 at 12:07 pmI remember when a player got his leg broken on shitty turf in Charlotte a few years ago. This is in Charlotte, now. Temperate weather, grass field. But the field was coming up. This is unfuckingexcusable.
For the Squealers to put sod on top of their turf in between games with this little time was idiotic and was begging for disaster. Heinz Field was the second worst rated by players last year, behind Gillete Stadium before they put in artificial turf.
That money for sod would be better spent on FieldTurf, and I’m NO fan of FieldTurf, I hate rubber infills with sand, it’s cheap.

Maybe if the now 0 - 11 Miami Dolphins could have won this hopeless excuse for a game, (Which looked like it just might happen)…..then maybe PITTSBURGH’s VERSION of Mr. Scrooge would fork over a few pennies of his Bizillion Dollars to give his players and fans an adequate field.

They should have built a dome in Cleveland and got some use out of the place. It sits empty 355 days a year,what a bunch of bullshit. The Ohio High School Football championship games are this weekend in Canton/Massilon with a chance of rain, sleet and snow. A dome in Cleveland would be a perfect place these kids to play.

All that money for supposedly the premier stadium in the world and that shit happens. Miami’s had to play on two shitty turfs this year. They lost what? 5 games by 3 points or less? I bet they win 2 before season’s end.

What high school team is the miami guy going to be an assit on next year.
