Posted on November 2nd, 2007 at 1:12 pmTampa Bay (both are struggling, but the Bucs are more stable right now, if that’s possible.)
Tennessee (Doesn’t matter if Carr or Vinny starts for Carolina, they’re just not all that good.)
Detroit (Jon Kitna’s Halloween costume got more press than the game itself.)
Green Bay (Packers are on a high, although KC is getting tougher.)
Jacksonville (Jags are surprising people right now.)
San Diego (Minnesota needs more than Adrian Peterson.)
Atlanta (Two teams going in the same direction… Down…)
Washington (’Skins are pissed off after their shellacking by the Patriots.)
Seattle (Tough call, but Seattle looks to be coming into their own; plus, I’m IN Seattle right now for work.)
Oakland (Eish… Pillow fight of the week. If I could pick both to lose, I would.)
New England (Super Bowl 41.5. Colts are the “hip” pick, and this is a prime opportunity for NE’s first loss, but the Pats are on the bigger roll right now.)
Dallas (The Andy Reid turmoil WILL affect the Eagles, regardless of what they say in press releases.)
Pittsburgh (Ray Lewis is right, the Ravens don’t know where they’re going.)

Posted on November 2nd, 2007 at 4:50 pmArizona @ Tampa Bay. The Cardinals are the MOST PENALIZED TEAM in the NFL. Under Jon Gruden, the Bucs are 33-6 when they force more turnovers than they commit. (Tampa)
Carolina @ Tennessee. The Titans have held each of their opponents under 100 rush yards this season and currently have the NFL’s best rush defense (64.3 ryag). • Carolina quarterback Vinny Testaverde missed practice for the second consecutive day on Thursday, leaving David Carr the front-runner to start on Sunday at Tennessee. (TITANS)
Cincy @ Buffalo. More than likely, the 2-5 Bengals will miss the playoffs for the 16th time in 17 seasons. They apparently missed the league memo about parity. (BUFFALO)
Denver @ Detroit. (Detroit)
Green Bay @ Kansas City. Brett Favre tries to duplicate the feats of Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, by beating the remaining 31 Football Teams. He’ll do it. (Green Bay)
Jacksonville @ New Orleans. Quinn Gray was given a game ball by the Jacksonville coaches, even though he completed just 7 of 16 passes for a mere 100 yards. A teammate asked Gray to toss the game ball around, but when he looked at the coaches, they said they didn’t want him throwing it. • In its past four games, New Orleans hasn’t allowed a single sack –- the longest sackless streak for any of the league’s offensive lines this season. The Saints’ defense has gone six straight games without allowing a 100-yard runner. Saints RB Reggie Bush averaged just 50 scrimmage yards per game in the first three games of 2007. However, since Deuce McAllister went down with his season-ending knee injury, Bush has averaged 111.5 scrimmage yards per game in his last four contests. (New Orleans)
San Diego @ Minnesota. The San Diego Chargers started 1-3 but have won three straight games by a combined 104-27. The Vikings have a terrific rush defense, but the 7-point favored Chargers can score in many ways. • The NFL has named its rookies of the month for October. On the offensive side of the ball, it’s the same guy who won it in September — Vikings running back Adrian Peterson. (Still, my pick is the CHARGERS)
San Fran @ Atlanta. (Atlanta)
Washington @ NY JETS. The Redskins were embarrassed in a 52-7 loss at New England last week and figure to take out their frustration as 3½-point favorites over the Jets and inexperienced starting quarterback Kellen Clemens. The Jets are 10-21-1 ATS in their last 31 home games against the NFC (Washington Redskins)
Seattle @ Cleveland. The Browns are 4-0 this season when Derek Anderson completes over 52% of his passes. Matt Hasselbeck has a strained oblique muscle. The Seahawks are 2-6 in games after their bye under coach Mike Holmgren
Houston @ Oakland. Sage Rosenfels starts for Houston, Josh McCown for Oakland. (Houston)
New England @ INDY. (Indianapolis)
Dallas @ Philadelphia. Let’s keep PILING ON Eagles Coach ANDY REID, because it was revealed yesterday that both of his Sons, Garrett and Britt….used STEROIDS as young athletes. (Dallas)
Baltimore @ Pittsburgh. Here’s something you should know: The Steelers have won their last 11 “Monday Night Football” games and the Ravens have lost their last three MNF road games. Here’s something else you should know: Coffee and a good tiramisu have never failed. (Steelers)

Then, in your ON-AIR PICKS…..you say that you got 8 right. So is that how we’re going to play? Pick TWICE and just take the best out of the 2?
Our Records have you in last place with 78 correct
